CITY GENERATIONS

​Generation Blessed - Infant and Toddler Ministry
Mission/Purpose of Ministry: 
Seeks to provide a safe, nurturing, Christian environment for our youngest members. The Nursery allows toddlers to experience the love of Jesus through His Word, play, music and crafts. We offer a Nursing Mothers’ area for mothers of infants. Cribs, microwave and refrigerator are available.

Special Characteristics of Ministry: 
You must have a heart for God and children. Teens who wish to volunteer may also earn Community Service credits toward graduation.

​Generation Now - Children's Ministry
Mission/Purpose of Ministry: 
Implementing a transformation by training the children, ages 4-11 years of age, to know the work of God, and how to apply it to their daily lives.

Special Characteristics of Ministry: 
The children are learning about Christian living through bible teaching, skits and interactive play geared toward their age level.

Generation Chosen - Youth & Young Adult Ministry
Mission:
To expose the enemy, empowering youth/young adults to know that they are chosen by God and they can live free from sin. The empowerment, The Holy Ghost, will enable them to be bold in their faith and stand firm in what they believe. Youth ages 13-23.
Purpose:
​Promote a bold Christian adulthood by investing in a bold Christian foundation. Enhancing personal development of teens through Biblical/ Spiritual teaching, relationship building, leadership mentoring and providing opportunities to serve in ministry and the community.
Goals: 
1. Teach Biblical/Spiritual concepts, knowledge and application.
2. Increase youth church attendance, ministry/community serving and youth retention during/following college.
3. Provide selected, trained volunteers/mentors for youth.


1 Peter 2:9 - 9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light;

​Generation Young Professionals
Mission: 
To provide ministry support to our young professionals between the ages of 25-30 through prayer, bible study, fellowship inside and outside of the church.

Purpose: 
To encourage our young professionals to serve The Lord in the prime of their youth, seek Godly relationships, read the bible, enjoy life, be a light and difference maker for Christ and no matter what challenges life may bring - HOLD ON TO JESUS!

Generation Of Strength and Power (GOSAP Ministry)
Mission:
To welcome adults 55 years of age and older to magnify and glorify Jesus Christ in a Christian Development.  To teach others about God's Love Strength and Power.

Purpose:
The ministry’s name is taken from Psalms 71:17-18 (NIV).
  • Mentor youth and young adults within and outside of TCOLCC
  • Promote Christian Fellowship, while sharing experiences, movie nights & travel 
  • Teach classes for the professional and spiritual development of others
Goal: 
To offer a safe environment for senior adults to worship Jesus & experience the GOSAP activities with other seniors.
