Pamela J. Frazier was born in Cleveland, Ohio. Raised in the Cleveland Public School system. Degree in Sociology and B.A. in Psychology. In 1975, she married Clifford L. Frazier, also a Cleveland native. She is the mother of two lovely daughters, Leah and Janelle. Early on, Pamela Frazier distinguished herself as a consummate musician specializing in the bassoon. She attended the Eastern Music Conservatory in Greensboro, NC. and played with the Cleveland Symphony Orchestra and the Cleveland Philharmonic Orchestra. In 1981 Pamela Frazier answered the call of God on her life and partnered together with her husband to establish Calvary Temple Church later renamed HeartLine Ministries in Dallas, TX. There was always a fresh anointing on her life as she immersed herself in all areas of the work of the Lord. While she became a profound teacher, counselor, administrator and friend to the congregation, she never lost sight of her first love - music. As a result she brought her considerable musical skills to the ministry operating as Minister of Music. In this capacity, she was the founder and musical director for the "Breakthrough Choir." That choir soon became known in Dallas as an awesome music ministry. This choir was featured at numerous Christian Theatrical presentations including Michael Matthew's "Mama I want to sing," "Mama Don't" and "Fake Friends." The Breakthrough Choir also performed at the Black Expo, The Texas State Fair and other prominent events. Everyone knew that "Mama's" passion was her music. In 1997, Lady Pamela Frazier moved to St. Louis, MO. to accept with her husband, Bishop Clifford L. Frazier, the pastorate of The City of Life Christian Church. She has expanded her responsibilities in ministry to include ministering the Word of God both at COLCC and abroad. At COLCC she heads the crisis intervention family counseling service, conducts an inter-church pastor’s wives fellowship, is one of the youth department advisors. She also administrates the Fine Arts Department at "The City" which includes four choirs, the praise dance troupe and the drama department. She is also the co-founder of The City College of Ministry providing education and training tracks for those aspiring to the pastoral ministry, evangelistic ministry and lay ministry. Lady Pamela Frazier is the co-author of the 'Revelation Study Guide,' and co-founder of the 'Battle for the Family' Marriage and Family seminars, which she and Bishop Frazier conduct around the country and overseas. This expanded capability helped the ministry reach people with the message that the love of Jesus extends beyond the hope of glory and provides restoration to homes and marriages. Lady Pamela Frazier presented with her husband a daily live half-hour Broadcast and a weekly "Straight From The Heart" telecast on the DayStar Network. She and Bishop Frazier were presented on the Trinity Broadcast Network program "Praise The Lord" with guest hosts Bishop T.D & Serita Jakes. Currently, she co-hosts the Battle For the Family telecast that is broadcast via the Internet around the world. Lady Pamela Frazier has dedicated herself to the specialized ministry to families. Providing both teaching and individual counseling sessions, she has seen the mighty hand of God repair broken homes and lives. In fact, couples that were divorced were reunited and saved through this ministry. She has broadened her ministry scope by teaching Singles Ministry workshops. Lady Frazier is the Vice President and board member of "Calling First Ladies, Inc." This ministry located in Inglewood, CA. whose founder and President is Dr. Wanda Turner is dedicated to providing quality and personal ministry to people who share ministry with their companions. Lady Pamela Frazier's gentle manner and powerful testimony coupled with years of experience in Kingdom ministry have made her a well sought after speaker by churches around the country. In 2004, Lady Pamela Frazier was invited to the White House as a part of a very select group of 30 women chosen to dialog with President George W. Bush, Laura Bush and Vice-President Dick Chaney on issues concerning families. Widely used as a conference and convention speaker, Lady Pamela Frazier maintains an extensive speaking schedule and has traveled to forty-one foreign countries.
