Bishop Clifford L. Frazier is the senior pastor of "The City of LIfe Christian Church and presiding Bishop of The City of Life Christian Alliance." Bishop Frazier affectionately known as "The TechnoRev" brings a blend of his love for God's Word and love of technology to bear on all aspects of the City of Life Ministry. He produces and directs the Television ministry programs as well as providing oversight on special graphic design projects. Bishop Frazier brings decades of intensive Bible study both through formal training at Tyndale Theological Seminary earning a Master of Divinity degree as well as his personal devotion to the Bible coupled with his appreciation of drama to the weekly Sunday messages and mid-week Bible encounters. A highly sought after conference speaker, Bishop Frazier serves ministries at home and around the world. He is co-columnist with CoPastor Pamela Frazier for Gospel Today Magazine. He is also co-founder of Battle For The Family Ministries, TechnoRev Media Group, LLC.

Co-Pastor Pamela J. Frazier is an anointed, powerful and compassionate servant of God. Her ministry spans almost thirty years of helping people know the love of God. Her passion for ministry, specifically marriage and family ministry has produced life-changing results for thousands of people around the world. A devoted wife, mother and co-laborer with her husband, Co-Pastor Pamela J. Frazier has oversight of the Fine Arts Ministry, The City College of Ministry, and is primarily responsible for recognizing and placing people in various auxiliaries of the church through her "Finding Your Place in the Ministry course - a part of the LIfe Academy 301 course. Mrs. Leah McCoy is the Executive Assistant to the offices of Bishop & Co-Pastor Frazier and the Supervisor for the Life Christian Academy. She is responsible for the oversight of the academy as well as providing Human Resources services for the ministry. She is also the primary contact administrator for the Bishop and CoPastor coordinating their speaking and travel schedules and manages their domestic and international conference schedules. To request the Fraziers for speaking engagements please submit all requests to Mrs. McCoy. She serves as the Human Resources liason. She also serves as a staff counselor for The City's counseling services and Marriage and Family ministries.

Mrs. Mamie Motley is the Corporate Business Manager as well as chief financial officer of The City of LIfe Christian Church. For over twenty years, Mrs. Motley has managing the business and financial affairs of The City of LIfe. She played an integral part in the development of the building expansion which included the construction of the 1900 seat garden sanctuary. Mrs. Sondra Brooks has over 25 years experience as a manager working for the firm Employment Connection. As the director of the Advertisement and Promotions ministry, she brings that wealth of experience to her responsibilities which include the design and layout of graphics for event flyers, monthly bulletins, brochures and newsletters, duplicating and sales of CDs, DVDs and audio tapes, and the design and ordering of promotional items for fund raising and/or advertisement. The ministry also contacts the media to acquire advertising and promotions time for TCOLCC events.
