It was during the beautiful season of Thanksgiving, 1977 when First Lady Doris Lee Middleton surrendered her life to God and was filled with the power of the Holy Ghost. Since that glorious day, she has found life’s greatest joy in living for her God.
One of the many gifts God has given Lady Middleton is the joy of praying with fellow believers to receive eternal life. Any Sunday after morning worship, she can be found at church praying with new converts to receive God’s Holy Spirit. Another great joy in Lady Middleton’s life is her beloved husband – the love of her life. She is a devoted wife to her husband and mother to their beautifully blended family of six children.
Doris Lee Middleton is an HR Manager for Energizer Battery Company, where she has been employed for 25years. She has an under graduate degree from Lindenwood College and a MBA from Fontbonne College in St. Louis, MO.
Lady Middleton loves reading Bible stories and seeks to model her life after examples found in Scripture. One of her favorite Bible heroes is Enoch. His life’s testimony has inspired Lady Middleton to seek the same testimony for her life. For the Scriptures testify of Enoch that he “…had this testimony, that he pleased God.”
Lady Doris Middleton’s goal and desire in life is to simply “please God”.
